Aroma Freedom Technique

What is the Aroma Freedom Technique?

The Aroma Freedom Technique – abbreviated AFT – is a new way to eliminate our blockades that have arisen over the years.

Dr. Benjamin Perkus, the maker of AFT, has learned internationally about trauma release, brain wellness and personal fulfillment using essential oils.

What does the Aroma Freedom Technique do?

Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) is a way to quickly recognize and release thoughts and feelings that stop you and keep you from achieving your goals, dreams and desires.

How does the Aroma Freedom Technique work?

Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) is a step-by-step plan and uses a combination of traditional / well-known and accepted psychotherapeutic approaches with aromatherapy as a means to interrupt negative thoughts / emotional patterns.

Dr. Perkus only works with the essential oils of Young Living. Because they meet the purity and quality, in order to support their influence in the right way in this process.

How can the Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) help me?

The Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) is designed to help you be your best version of yourself.

Aroma Freedom Techniques (AFT) focuses specifically on identifying your goals and intentions and releasing the thoughts and emotions that stop you. At the beginning of the session you become clear about what you want to manifest.

You are then guided through a discovery process that helps you identify the underlying thoughts, emotions, experiences, and beliefs that are obstructing you to reach your goal (s). By using essential oils, you release the blocked energy and create space for new beliefs and experiences.

At the end of the workshop, we create an actionplan together to help you achieve your goal.

How do I plan a workshop?

A workshop can be performed 1-on-1 or in a small group (up to 8 people). For group workshops or special arrangements, please contact me.

During a workshop it is important that you have the right essential oils from Young Living at hand.

Aroma Freedom Techniques (AFT) works as a stand-alone process, and does not interfere with other therapies.

It is not a replacement for traditional / trusted psychotherapy and no diagnoses are made or treated during sessions.

Consult your doctor or therapists to discuss any changes to your current therapeutic treatment.
